While I enjoy most of the books I read, it is not common that I would like to give or recommend the book to everyone I know. But Why we sleep is this case. One of the most important books I have read so far. The author builds on scientific facts and still uses clear language. After reading this book you will think again about staying awake to fix bugs. I highly recommend this book, especially after his tip about drinking alcohol in the morning, because this way it will not impact your sleep quality during night…
